Refer a Child to Birthday Blessings

Every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday.
If you work with a family in need, you can make that happen.

Birthday Blessings accepts referrals from social workers, school counselors, parent liaisons, case managers, ministers, and other community professionals working with children and families.

Each referred child will receive approximately

$30–$35 worth of birthday gifts delivered for their special day.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Complete the referral form below.

2. Include the child's first name, age, birthdate.

3. Submit at least 2 weeks before the child's birthday.

4. We'll coordinate gift selection and reach out to

confirm delivery details.

Please note: referrals are accepted from

professionals only, not directly from parents or

guardians.
