Do you remember a favorite birthday growing up?
What made it special?  
The gift, the party, the people, the fun?  

Now imagine if that memory didn’t exist.

 

Many children never get to experience a celebration of their birthday.  Not by any fault of their own, but their family may only have enough money for food, rent and utilities.  These children are in the public school system surrounded by children of more fortunate means who do get the wonderful experience of a birthday gift.

 

Loved and Celebrated
Birthday Blessings was created to help a child celebrate their birthday who otherwise wouldn’t get to.  By helping to make these children feel special, loved and celebrated, we’re creating a lifetime of memories where otherwise children may feel left out and forgotten.

How do we do it ?
Our all-volunteer organization helps fill the void. We provide birthday presents to disadvantaged children on their birthday typically through Social Services.  The goal is to improve the child's self-esteem by making them feel celebrated, loved and important. 

 

Where do we serve?
Our efforts are focused in the Northern Virginia area, specifically Loudoun County.  The goal is to see nationwide impact across the USA.
