How Can I Help? 
The concept is simple, give a birthday present to an underprivileged child. But the process is quite involved. The ball gets rolling with a referral from a social worker. From there we need presents, and the presents are typically received through donations from individuals and organizations. Once we have identified the children and selected the presents, we need volunteers to wrap the birthday gifts. The next item on the agenda is delivery, so every child on our monthly list receives a present on their birthday.

Since Birthday Blessings relies on an all-volunteer team, your support is critical to the success of the organization. We realize for the organization to function it takes a collective effort. Please join us in reaching out to children in the community that need your assistance and generosity the most. There are many ways to get involved:

Volunteer 
With an all-volunteer organization, is it critical that we have people throughout the community willing to donate their time to help meet the needs of the organization. We are always looking for volunteers to:

• Sponsor a Toy Drive - get your Office, Church, School or Club involved.

• Wrap and Deliver Presents

• Find New Sponsorship's (Corporate / Private)

• Assist in Marketing and Promotional Activities

• Research Possible Donors through the Internet

• Refer Friends and Organizations

Gift Giving
Birthday Blessings is always in need of new toys to give to the children. We provide presents to children and teenagers ages 3 - 18. In addition, we are also in need of wrapping materials for the presents. If you have presents or wrapping material you would like to donate, please click here to schedule a drop off date and time.

Fundraising
As an individual, you can coordinate a fundraising event. Some of the activities that our volunteers have done include organizing a toy drive at Christmas time, organizing a pub crawl from one residence to another with donations benefiting Birthday Blessing, and organizing a golf-tournament with all proceeds raised donated to Birthday Blessings. Be creative in your fundraising activities and do something that interests you. All efforts are greatly appreciated and allow Birthday Blessings to continue to provide presents to the children.

Community Service
Get involved in your Community and help support Birthday Blessings, Inc.
Toy drives for Eagle Scout projects, Girl Scout Silver Awards, Key Clubs, church youth groups and other Youth Organizations can run toy drives, wrap gifts, create cards, etc
